Charleys Philly Steaks

The staff here tend to be quite slow and often have a negative attitude for some reason.

I visited Charley's for lunch and had to wait in line for 30 minutes. When I finally reached the register to place my order, I found out they were out of lettuce, tomato, mayo, and lemonade. Initially, there were only two staff members handling cooking and taking orders, but when a third person arrived, the manager stopped assisting and went off to do something else. They really should have a sign indicating what items are unavailable, as it would have saved me a lot of time.

The food is quite good, typical of what you'd expect from a food court. I particularly enjoyed the bacon and three cheese dish. Worth the money!

Honestly I was impressed. It wasn't bad at all. The steak could of been cooked a little bit more in my opinion but besides something very perception based I found it great! Friendly and helpful staff are always appreciated.

Best fast food chain out there. Its real food made right in front of you very quickly. Its entertaining to watch and delicious to eat.
