Or missing items every time I come here. They can 1. keep the person the line to make sure that the people have done their work right, or 2. they go around and wait their turn to tell them that they have messed up their order or wait! how about the workers who do their work for the first time?

I've been away a long time before 8 o'clock and they've never had a coffee. how is it breakfast time and no ice? the lady said the people don't do it the day before, so they never have anything, and when we eat it is never hot. such a shame to be on a military installation and have such a bad service. can we replace the whole place?

Stopped into Burger King this afternoon to grab a snack. Walked in and placed my order immediately, no one else in front of me at the counter. 15 minutes later the gentleman who had ordered his food after me apologized on his way out with his food and wished me luck. The looks of sympathy from other customers was just plain sad. 10 minutes later I was finally given my food. Considering that it took 25 minutes in an almost empty restaurant to get the food I at least expected it to be hot. Hell it should have been fresh in that amount of time. Naturally everything was cold. But they managed to get one star since they at least got the order correct. But then again, they had plenty of time to double check it. Never again.

Can you please stop talking to the pre-recorded message and drive how their commands were taken?

Avoid this place. This Burger King location is frequently closed or does not have the items you are looking for.
