Rolando's - Fort Smith

Came here for dinner wasn't disappointed. Food was great service was outstanding. Highly recommend! Quesadillas are phenomenal.

Really colorful atmosphere and good service. The food was presented well and was overall good quality. We got the Rolando's Atkins Diet plate and the Quesadillas De Chivo. On the Atkins Diet plate, the meat was good... Particularly the shrimp. The flaming cheese dip was really tough and gloppy. Not really impressed with that. The Quesadillas De Chivo were delicious and well portioned. The goat cheese was excellent. Would definitely recommend for a nice dinner out in Fort Smith.
