Pink Flamingo Bbq - Fort Smith

Brisket was very smoked. The food was good. Bbq sauces were delicious. smuggest the smokey bbq sauce mixed with the sweet and spicy bbq sauce. Very friendly staff! Very recommended.

Super friendly staff and delicious sides give this place four stars. However I was disappointed in the brisket and pulled pork. It just did not have that smokey flavor that invades your entire palate as you breathe it in while chewing. They claim to smoke it for 12 hours. Perhaps a little longer would be better if it wouldn't dry it out. I just hate having to add sauce to my BBQ meat to make it taste like BBQ. The pulled pork had just a slight BBQ taste in my opinion. Maybe it is smoked to local tastes.

My son and I just tried this place based on Trip Advisor and Google reviews. I very seldom write a review, but I feel I must. We ordered two plates, one pulled pork and one brisket. The brisket was tough and had little flavor. I’m a terrible cook but can do better. Same for the pulled pork. The green beans tasted as though they just came from a can. The Mac and cheese, though flavorful, was over cooked. My son and I were left wondering how on earth this place got such good reviews. Seriously??? I've read the comments from Pink Flamingo. Your restaurant gave me no inspiration for coming back and trying again. It was that bad. Staff was very nice, but hey, when I go out to eat, the first thing I desire is good food.

Pink Flamingo is CLOSED. This location is Eunice's Express now. Very good home-style cooking. Buffet line. You select your meat, vegetables, etc.

Best bbq ever! Extremely juicy and you can see that they actually make the grill in the back (if you go into the wrong door... I'm for more now. I have to go back to Arkansas.
