Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Fort Smith

We were on our way and were late. Near. Our waitress was so sweet and helpful. Before we left she made sure we had drinks and gave us some croissants for the road.

Very good food and staff! We had the chicken fried steak and chicken pot pie. Theu were both amazing. Great food and great portions for the price.

We usually get good service when we go out for cheddars and I go to my favorite places, but not this time. We were seated quickly which is a plus but the rest of the service was very slow. we waited about thirty minutes before someone took our drink order. When we placed our drink order, we also placed our food order. Then the drinks took another 30 minutes and our meal took an hour. Our food was sloppy and not exactly what we ordered. We told the waiter but he didn't care. The whole visit took almost 3 hours which is too long for our small group of 4. And they weren't that busy. We probably won't be going back for a while

Yum! The service was a bit... Use the word over attentive. Or taste... But the visit wasn't bad overall. The food came out quickly. And was also hot appetizer but the portion could have been bigger. For 2. It wasn't enough.
