I had placed the order at 1010 and the order went through and confirmed the sandwich were being built for pick up at 11. When I got to the location at 11 and asked for my pick up the owner told me he didn’t have a mobile order I showed him the confirmation number and he told me he turns off his mobile order at 1030. I told him I ordered them before 1030 and showed him my order. The owner was extremely rude and unapologetic. He ended up wasting my entire lunch break between the drive and the reorder. Never going to that location again.
The food tastes fine for subway but it takes a half hour to get your feed because there's is only ever 1 employee working and he's not very speedy. It takes 30 minutes when there's only 2 people in line in front of
THE. WORST.My supervisor tried to order online Tuesday morning (11/7) and received a message that this location wasn 't receiving orders at this time. So she drove to the location and no one was there, no lights on even though this was during their business hours. She updates me this, so I later place an online order to another Subway near me (Aiea) and had no problem. I placed another order with the same Aiea store on Wednesday, no problem. Wednesday evening I tried call this location to ensure there will be no issues the following day, as I wouldn 't be in the Aiea area... but no one from this store answered.Well, on Thursday (11/9) I was able to place an online order at 7:48am with instructions that we will be picking up at 12pm. When I tried to do a second order immediately after, I received the notice that the location I selected wasn 't receiving orders at this time. Hmmm, accepting orders one minute and not the next? I tried calling multiple times, no answer. I tried ordering again at 9:40am and it was accepted, with instructions again that we will be picking it up at 12pm. At 11:47am I receive 2 emails, notifying me that my orders were canceled! It said If you requested this, you’re all set. If not, please contact the restaurant where you had placed your order for more information. Contact the restaurant... that never answers their phone? We were left scrambling to figure out last minute lunch options.Avoid this Subway. They apparently don 't want business so don 't bother giving them yours and save yourself the trouble.
Before arriving at this location by 7:20 I googled to see what time they open. Says they open at 7AM. Got here and they are not open.
