Pai's Deli - Fort Shafter

I was visiting for a few days and someone recommended this place for a light and refreshing lunch. Took me a minute to find this hidden gem, but it was so worth it! I had the egg salad on a croissant fully loaded with all their toppings. I’ve been thinking about this sandwich since I left the place and now I’m back at home trying to recreate it lol. Thank goodness we are moving there soon!

This place is amazing. My family vacationed in Hawaii not too long ago and the food there was good but most places were expensive. This place however not only has good food but their prices are more affordable for everyone. And they make everything to order. So you know it will be made with care and heart.

I ordered the Captains salad and it was delicious. Looking forward to visiting the deli again. I highly recommend it.

30 minute wait for one sandwich. The sandwich was very good (all the fixings) but the bread was like wonder bread Cheap white bread that turns to mush. It was a disappointment

Punching above its weight class, the diminutive lunch counter serves up a variety of sandwiches, salads, and smoothies. In the walkway/breezeway to Dukes, pick up your comestibles and continue on to the beach.
