Hook'd Pan Roast Honolulu Seafood

They cancelled our Fathers Day reservation 30minutes before we were due to be there via email instead of calling so we didn't receive message and showed up to a closed venue. There was no effort to call and apologize or to rectify things. It was the day of Father's Day so it was impossible to get another reservation at a different restaurant m. VERY POORLY MANAGED

Tried this place for the first time.Highly recommended!!! The staff was very friendly. I didn't get their names but we had two male servers and they were GREAT!! Only down fall I see to this place is the parking situation. It's very limited and during the hours of operation, it's hard to find parking generally in that area.

Big fan of Hook'd! Food: The food here is delicious. My favorite thing to get is the Hook'd Combo Pan Roast. I've also tried the lobster sliders lobster grilled cheese, which were both ok. Ambiance: Since the restaurant is fairly new still, I'd say that it's very nice, clean, and feels homey, as they have lots of pillows on their couches. Service: Our servers at Hook'd are always very nice. The reason why I didn't give Hook'd 5 stars was because of how long it took to receive our sandwiches. The first time I went to Hook'd it took over an hour for my friend to receive his grilled cheese sandwich. Over an hour, probably closer to hour half is CRAZY for a grilled cheese sandwich. The second time I went, it took long again (longer than everything else we ordered, probably close to 45 min), to receive our lobster grilled cheese. Although they were apologetic for the wait, it's absolutely unacceptable to have to wait over 45 min-1 hour for a sandwich. I would definitely recommend going to Hook'd for their pan roast, however if you are pressed for time, I would skip ordering any sandwiches.

Was surprised to get a reservation on Mother's Day. Restaurant was clean and esthetically pleasing. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our server Eric was awesome and made great recommendations since it was our first time. The seafood pan roast did not disappoint! Will definitely return and bring more friends and family.

Our dining experience was truly amazing-forming the ease of making the reservation to the friendly service, delicious food and drink to the cool ambience! We will definitely return with more friend and family.
