Dairy Queen Brazier - Fort Saskatchewan

I like Dairy Queen's ice cream and decided that this afternoon June 14/17 was just the right time for DQ treat. Great service and friendly server but Four Dollars for a medium size cone, give me a break.

I went to dairy queen tonight for a simple cone there were 4 cars two ahead of me and one behind. I pulled up to order and waited 5 minutes JUST TO ORDER. Then I pulled ahead and that was it 25 MINUTES IN LINE !!!! FOR AN ICE CREAM CONE. We all turned our cars off and sat there. Why are they not asking cars to pull ahead and wait like McDonalds Does? Then 25 minutes later when I get up to the window the girl told me how much it was and I saw my ice cream cone and 2 other blizzards sitting there melting all over. I said first of all I've been waiting 25 minutes for a cone. You want me to pay for that? She just stared at me as it dripped all over. I said no make me a new one. So she did and shoved it on my hand. Without a word. Awful awful service. Will not waste my time or money there again. I would be embarrassed if this was my store

Dairy Queen in our little City is always full , especially the Drive thru ! I live quite close & I notice the drive thru is always lined up ! That itself speaks of the followers of this fast food outlet !! The food is always hot , the staff are Friendly & that's all you need for a fast food experience !! There is an adequate sit down area inside & out at this location ! Who doesn't like their ice cream & ice cream products ?! They also serve Orange Julious at this location !! For a Family looking for a fast food outlet , this is the place for you !!

My family and I stopped in the local Fort Saskatchewan Dairy Queen recently. The variety of food, drinks, and treats made it easy to choose for the kids and myself. The staff was very friendly, i recommend this Dairy Queen.

Very clean and food is very good. Met the manager and was a very kind man and very intelligent business man.
