Beware! This place is a complete rip-off! I took my son to the Cool Spot for ice cream and asked for two large soft serve berry ice creams in cups. Instead, we received two small Pepsi cups (not the wider sundae cups) with barely any ice cream at the bottom—less than half the amount of a small child's cone—and I was charged $10.18! Last year, I ordered the largest milkshake they offered for $9, and when I drove away, I discovered that it wasn’t even half full. Save yourself some money and go to Dakota Market instead—buy a half-gallon of ice cream and a pack of spoons. Even if you waste some, you'll still come out ahead!
The strawberry malt contained real strawberries, which was a delightful surprise. The service was welcoming and friendly, making for a great experience. The cheeseburger tasted homemade and was delicious. Thank you, Cool Spot, for being so convenient!
A hidden gem! The atmosphere is fantastic, especially with the lovely nighttime lighting. The standout employee, Ravin (an unexpected name), really made our visit memorable. Don't overlook the Cool Spot—it's definitely worth checking out. Cool... indeed!
The staff here are friendly and helpful, offering Christmas trees during the holiday season and serving frozen yogurt in the summer.
