I placed and paid for an order through the mobile app, only to be told by the manager that they do not receive any mobile orders and that I should call for a refund. I suggested that she simply check my phone to verify my order and payment, as well as confirm that I was in the right location, but she refused. Ironically, my number 1674 was displayed on her monitor. I have never had a mobile app order rejected before. I left without receiving my food or a refund. It was disappointing that they could not offer a simple solution to what seemed like a minor technological problem that could have been easily resolved with a little human interaction.
If the restaurant could just get the orders right, you would know the true quality of the food. The service is lacking, but the take-out option is available. This is a good place for a cheap dinner, with prices per person ranging from $1 to $10. The food is average, with a rating of 3 out of 5. The service, however, is lacking with a rating of 1 out of 5. The atmosphere is just okay, with a rating of 2 out of 5. I recommend trying the Happy Meal.
I have visited this restaurant for breakfast numerous times, but only a few times for dinner. The morning crew is outstanding - they are quick and always get my order correct. There are a few women in particular who are so cheery and upbeat that I always leave in a good mood (which is impressive for a fast food establishment). Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the evening crew as I have had limited interaction with them.
I made a quick stop here on my way back from Orlando. I ordered a cappuccino to help me stay awake during the drive and it was perfectly made. The restrooms were also clean. The girl working at the counter was polite and professional.
The restaurant review describes a frustrating experience at a futuristic restaurant where customers must use touchscreen kiosks to order and pay for their food. However, the touchscreens were not working properly, causing a delay in receiving service. Despite the inconvenience, the reviewer was eventually able to place their order and make payment at the counter. Overall, the reviewer rated the service a 1 out of 5, the atmosphere a 2 out of 5, and the food a 3 out of 5. The price per person was between $1–10 for a lunch meal.
