Mcdonald's - Fort Pierce

Was very disappointed by mc donald’s for the last 2 years only stopped there because my enkelin wanted hash browns . the author was very pleasant . the mgr was at a table that made some papers. coffeemaker hadn't asked anyone to change again mgr she said, give them quarters! okay, wait for eating a man behind me had waited with 2 other people just for coffee and said what's going on, he finished his breakfast still standing there waiting for coffee! I stood at the corner of the counter. I saw that 2staff members came back on their phone manager and a staff member asked who that is? I saw one of the chefs talking on his phone. this is not mean, I know that it is hard to find help, in these days no one really wants to work, so that the problem places on all that they go in these days. it was a problem, no more work ethics. no customer service .that was the first time that I have been in a mc donald’s in 2 years fast eating, should be fast I have seen this weekend 20 min waiting for coffee and forget the ride through it is worse. I remember years ago the waiting period was not more than 5min. I never write bad cries and those who are not bad just informal! to donald’s.

Seemed to be a friendly place to grab a quick bite. Went through dri e through, so vant say for the organization or cleanliness of the inside. Friendly employees who had a smile on their face, and were very polite

NO customer service in this location at all!!! They expect everyone to use the kiosk and if you're paying with cash, you must order on the kiosk and then come to the register. I come to the register to pay with cash or credit card and frequent establishments for the customer service. If I'm expected to use a kiosk and do their work for them then I expect my employee discount!!! Employees thought it was a joke and can be overheard laughing. I was SERIOUS!Food was warm but not up to temperature as per standards and health code. No napkins no ketchup.Note: when kiosks can greet me, suggestive sell, smile, and thank me. All of the above not one or two; I may at that point consider using them!

Drive thru open but was told to go inside to place order. Why is Drive thru open, lit up and inviting if your gonna tell people to go inside?Otherwise good food.

Ordered on the mcapp and go to pick up order and the one person States that it's only them and I have to call McDonald's customer service to even get a refund and well it's a Sunday and I have to wait until Monday if I can even get my refund.It was only a sausage McMuffin and a large Coke and I couldn't even get my drink at least. Buyer beware.
