Kfc Management Office - Fort Pierce

I'm really disappointed with KFC. I used to look forward to their chicken pot pie on Fridays, but now I can't even get it on that day. It's really upsetting since it was my favorite. This is just poor service.

I visited this KFC in Jensen Beach on a Sunday evening at 9:20 PM. I ordered the second article on the menu, which is supposed to come with a chicken breast and one wing. However, the staff member suggested I try dark meat instead of the breast, which I don't prefer. I then asked if I could just have wings instead. He kindly agreed and even gave me a few extra wings to make up for the missing breast. I left feeling quite satisfied with my wings! I must say, my chicken has always been fresh at this location, and this young man really exemplified great customer service.

On my latest visit, the manager was very large, and when I mentioned the issues, he simply asked what he should do about it. I suggested he should address the staff's mistakes and get us the mac and cheese we ordered. It felt like I would be bothering him for requesting this. They also mentioned that they don’t offer a senior discount, which was disappointing. I think this will be the last time we dine here.

While traveling in Central Asia for 23 days back in July and suffering from ongoing stomach troubles due to the local cuisine, the Colonel saved me on this very hot July day in downtown Astana, Kazakhstan. While the rest of my tour group went to enjoy some local cuisine, I stepped into this KFC to order some chicken; although I do not speak Kazakh nor Russian and they did not speak English through sign language and their eagerness to please, they understood my order. I enjoyed a delicious lunch in one of the cleanest and coolest places I have ever seen. Complements should go to that establishment but not only to management but to the people at the counter. Fort pierce KFC had dry chicken rancid coleslaw and worst of all roaches I will never go there again the port st Lucie store is great clean great service and the chickens always fresh I go 2-3× a month I personally love it. My point here is fort pierce kfc on us1 for heath and safety should be evaluated and fast I only wasted 17. Dollars that's not a big deal but my family was so disgusted by the insects i know diseases can be transferred by these insects and this is as far as im taking it all i knew to do Thank You for any help preventing anyone for becoming I'll
