70 minutes later! Management really needs to hire somebody capable of taking customers orders on the phone. The lady that has answered the past couple times is awful. A 30 second order takes 5 minutes every time. Please put someone on the phone that knows how to do that job. Address was wrong too. I thought it was on file when I call in....
They are fast buttt…11$ for a slim 8inch sub with 3 slices of roast beef throughout the whole sub.The food is a hit or miss and this is the only one that puts all of their subs on slims that I have experienced. My go to when the wait is long everywhere else and I’m not being picky.
I watch manager and employee curse each other out while waiting to order food on my lunch I left called back to see if I could have food delivered ...ask manger to not charge delivery fee , but stated I would tip driver , after being told delivery fee was generated by system , which was fine since i was to blame for altercation in store she got mad hung up phone , called wouldn't give her name or Corp number...called corp had owners of the store call me back he was lied to by manager she still has a job and no customer service experience rude this not how u treat a customer will never return to that store...with that attitude business will still suffer without my fee bucks
Customer service worst I have treated in my whole life! they have a contract and then had the boldness to bring the sandwich not late to a pregnant woman. because I was wondering. or I should say to ask for a refund / loan! to correct their mistakes, they should have brought the correct order as well as a refund or a credit! They will never get another penny from me! complete idiots who work there!
