Is working here, the worst employees are not paid enough, no management worst experience

Out of iced coffee, grill not working, dining room locked, EVERY DAY, SAME.Simple drinks and noone can learn how to make more than 1 per hour. Pathetic.

This is place is just terrible...That Saturday morning crew that worked on 9/10/2022 wouldn't give me my money back and they didn't give me my full order..the manager oor crew leader with her rude self slammed the window in my face..from the cashier to the lead person were rude, disrespectful and arrogant.. even locked the door and refuses to come back to the window. They all walked away and hid behind a wall near the office.. talking about they don't know how to do refunds..I hope they all lose their job or they close that place down...Horrible customer service ?????

This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The staff are completely rude, the wait is INSANE. The last 3/4 times I’ve come my coffee order has been incorrect. I intentionally go out of my way to avoid this Dunkin’ at all costs. I’ve waited weeks to post this review because I try to give the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately this place is just actually that bad.

As a doordasher that just tried to go pick up an order this location is the worst I have seen. It is 11:35am; the doors are locked, the only employee anywhere around is sitting behind the drive-thru menu, ignoring customers, smoking and talking on the phone.
