Castaways - Fort Myers Beach

Absolutely fantastic! From our bartender, Johnny, to the Brisket Nachos we had as an appetizer, and then the NY Strip paired with a loaded baked potato and fried zucchini (albeit a bit misshapen), as well as the baby-back ribs—everything was exceptional. The sauces were delightful, the steak was cooked to perfection, and the portion sizes were generous! The restaurant itself was clean, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be returning!

What an incredible experience! The staff was understandably stressed due to the crowd and offered their apologies, but I felt they didn’t need to because everything was flawless! Our food arrived promptly; we started with the Brisket Nachos, which were amazing, and we both ordered the 16 oz steak. Wow! It was so juicy and cooked just right with the perfect amount of pink in the middle. The staff was friendly and appeared well-organized. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience!

First of all, Amanda is fantastic! The fried green tomatoes were among the best I've ever tasted. The cornbread was delicious, especially since I got an edge piece. The brisket, coleslaw, and potato salad were all really good. Overall, it was one of the best meals I've had. I just wish I had taken some pictures!
