Terrible, just paid 12$ for a damn buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken patty is small AF. Looks like a 2$ McChicken and the tomato is the smallest I've ever seen in my life. I have the pictures to prove any disbelief. Very disappointed ?.
I'm done with this place. I hope someone from corporate reads this. Last straw. Hire some people that actually care about what they do instead of kids. Customer service drive thru is the worst and inefficient. No toy or sauce for my kids happy meal? Pitiful
I was going to give a 5 star review untill I got to where I was headed and had time to actually check my order. They were nice in person and got the unsalted fries right and even put it in its own separate bag just out of courtesy but everything else in the order was wrong. I was in a bit of a hurry to take someone home then get myself home as well so I did not stop to check the bag. Wrong sandwich and the sauces for the nuggets we're also incorrect. They even forgot the drink luckily I at least remembered that before pulling off.
Walked in the empty lobby, no one is standing at the register. After 5 mins a employee comes up to order their food for their meal break. Doesnt acknowledge me. A door dash pick up person comes in and she?s standing theres with me looking puzzled too.Minutes go by the employee gets their food and im left still stand there while other employees behind the counter walk aroundand talk amongst themselves. So I friendly walk out and go to the drive-through and order my food and when I get my food, it iscold very mediocre.
