Marco's Pizza - Fort Mitchell

Best pizza chain I've had so far and I've had a lot of them. Pizza always comes hot and exactly the way I ordered it, even when I have different toppings on separate halves of the pizza.

This place is absolute dog water! The staff is trash.. none caring g lazy and apparently can't read tickets. Stay far from this

Poor service and extremely unprofessional. They completely messed up my order (gave me a pizza with no sauce) and when I called, I was told my bad and all I could get was a $5 credit on a $18 pizza, then hung up the phone before telling me how to receive my credit then, wouldn 't answer the phone when I tried to call back.

Ordered a large meat lovers pizza for delivery, received a cheese pizza. Called them, they acted confused. Drove back to the actual store with the plain cheese pizza and the response was my bad . Why do I pay extra for delivery charges when I had to drive there to get the correct pizza I ordered? This isn 't the first time this has happened. You just lost a loyal customer of 7 years.

Waited for over 8 minutes for someone to even take my order. This is the second time 3 weeks. Really sad
