Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fort Mitchell

We ordered two bowls and two burrito wraps, specifically requesting that they be wrapped separately in foil. However, what we received didn't match our order. We also asked for a container of salad dressing, but that was missing as well. They weren't busy at all, yet they still managed to get our order wrong.

I went here for dinner, and it was a wonderful experience. The Scott High School swim team was holding a fundraiser, and the food and service were fantastic.

The food is often overcooked. A friend of mine used to work at this location and mentioned that it's managed by a group of young staff who seem unprofessional and don’t allow you to work the hours you’ve been scheduled. That’s enough for me to take my business elsewhere. On a positive note, at least Buffalo Wild Wings is nearby.

Everytime I order online from this location, they always messed up the orders.How difficult is it to make a burrito and follow instructions?My nephew worked at this location and told us that it's being managed by kids who don't know what's going on half the time.Mentioned they don't even let you work the hours they give you.He tells me he's better off asking for change than trying to make anything off them.

Ordered onlineOrdered double meat. I got about half a normal order of carnitas!A $16 burrito bowl you should be able to find the meat somewhere in there! Nope!
