The restaurant should communicate with customers about the delay and offer an alternative if they cannot deliver in a timely manner. It was 98 degrees outside and I was considering getting out of line to seek shade.
Yesterday, I visited Wendy's and had a negative experience. The woman who took our order at the drive-thru was very rude over the intercom. After placing our order, we paid and moved to the second window where we waited for approximately 15-20 minutes. When I asked for a refund after waiting for 20 minutes, the woman refused because she couldn't locate the manager. I had to wait even longer and practically beg for attention at the window to receive a refund. Unfortunately, the manager gave me the incorrect amount for the refund, but it was only a few cents off so I didn't bother to argue. In total, the entire experience took nearly 40 minutes. The manager had short and pink hair. I will not be returning to this Wendy's unless significant improvements are made.
The employee Michelle was incredibly kind and tried to make our experience better by giving us free items, but unfortunately, the restaurant itself was terrible. My friend and I waited for an hour and a half on a busy Saturday night at 10 o'clock. It seemed like no one knew how to do their job, to the point where I had to serve my own food. This location should be closed down. I highly advise against coming here, as it was a complete disaster and there are no other Wendy's nearby.
Miss jess and their crew are amazing, I have food allergies and they could fulfill my needs! I had a great experience with them tonight at 8 o'clock. they scare them to work so hard and make my food fresh!
I want to say this is the only Wendy's that I have been to that employees are so nice, especially Sharita(hope I spelled it right). I am from Charlotte, and 8 out of 10 times employees that I interact with are not very nice, so I was surprised with I interacted with employees at this location, even for just a few minutes. Very nice and attentive. Customer service was awesome. I ordered 4 for 4 for my toddler, and they were so nice when I requested for mayo when she asked for what sauce I want for my chicken nuggets. I usually get a weird reaction from other employees, though that's what my picky toddler wants. I have to park somewhere and write this review between all the employees was super nice and friendly. Thank you very much. I just wish Wendy's at Charlotte especially the one on Sugar creek was half as nice as this location. Thank you Sharita and everyone working today.
