Taco Bell - Fort Mill

This is the most horrific place imaginable. Everytime I have been here for the past year they do not talk to you in the drive thru and when I go to the window they are hanging out hitting their vapes see you then walk away. And everyone?s attitude isdisgusting. Everyone here probably spits in your food or drink because they are bored I honestly do not understand how thisplace is open. If I could give negative stars I would.

A good experience here is few and far in between. I was told it would be a 5-10 min wait tonight, so I waited. I was in line for a total of 30 min before I was fed up. I drove past the window and no one was inside doing anything. If y?all wanted to closeearly you should?ve just said that, not made a line full of cars wait for nothing.

I would give them a zero for their conduct and treatment of their customers. I hope their management team reviews the tape and gives their employees some training on customer service .

I went through the drive-thru at this location and ordered the grilled chicken power bowl. When I started eating, I realized there was no chicken in my power bowl. I walked in to complain only to be confronted by the person who made my food whoinsisted that she knew she had put chicken in my bowl. So basically she tried to imply that I ate the chicken in my car andcame in to get more. I have never felt so insulted by a Taco Bell worker, the nerve to try to say I had eaten the chicken. Instead of apologizing for her mistake, tried to make it look like I was trying to get a freebie.

Ordered at the terminal inside the store. I specifically ordered a soda and a chicken burrito to go. The staff member gave me a bag with my food, I had to ask for a drink. She brought me a sweet tea. Got out to the car and back on the road discoveredthat I had received a beef burrito instead. Just not trying.
