Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Fort Mill

I recently visited a Dairy Queen location and was disappointed with the dipped cones. As a long-time fan of DQ since the 1950s, I gave this particular location multiple chances but unfortunately, the quality never improved. The ice cream was always too soft, causing the chocolate dip to collapse and create a messy eating experience. I recommend bringing paper towels to avoid a mess in your car. Additionally, the window service staff were consistently rude to me, with one employee even questioning why I didn't use the order box speaker in the drive-thru. I will be searching for another DQ in the area with friendlier staff and better quality dipped cones.

Lunch at this restaurant was an enjoyable experience. The food received a rating of 4, while the service and atmosphere both earned a perfect 5.

The ice cream was good, but the chicken tenders, fries, and cheese curds were small and cold. The only highlight was that the cheese curds were fresh and hot. The service was for dine-in during lunch and the average price per person was $10-20. I would recommend trying the fried cheese curds.
