I discovered pieces of something green and pearlescent in my food... I actually bit into it. I came very close to swallowing something that could have cut my finger. What kind of food safety practices are in place in the kitchen? This used to be my favorite spot, but now I’m hesitant to return.

When we requested a discount for the unpleasant experience, she informed us that the manager was on vacation for two months and that she didn’t have the authority to provide a discount. I would recommend saving yourself the hassle and dining elsewhere, like Spring Moon. The woman at the front was particularly rude and unfit for customer service roles. Good luck to anyone who decides to eat here.

I pulled a piece of hard plastic out of my mouth after eating a piece of my rainbow roll. When I showed the server what I found, I asked if I could get some sort of discount. Unfortunately, she said she couldn't do anything about it because the manager was on a two-month vacation and held the code for discounts. After I insisted, her eye roll made it clear that I wasn't going to receive any compensation.

I love this place! My first experience eating here was back in 2021. Each time I am in Fort McMurray for work, I treat myself( at least once). Service is always great.

Best sushi place in fort Mac. The sushi here is reasonably priced, fresh, and mouth watering delicious. The staff are always friendly and service is always prompt. It's absolutely a must visit restaurant in Fort McMurray.
