Edo Japan - Fort McMurray

The way to improve is wearing a net over the head so the costumer doesn't get a food with hair on it!!! No to say previous bad experience on order the food paid online then when I got to pick up the store was closed and continuing accepting orders. Next day went there to complain and was a guy ?? very rude and didn't even say sorry for it!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!

Came to this location. Ordered a chicken beef Bento box with rice, gyozas, tempura shrimp. Sat down to eat, and noticed I had noodles instead of rice. Asked the lady at the till why I didn’t get rice, and she replied saying I didn’t say rice, so I sat down to avoid being embarrassed in front of other customers in the restaurant. She brings me rice to the table, so then I’m sitting there not happy that they didn’t correct my order, but I had to pick up my vegetables, beef and chicken to the rice. What a terrible experience, and the staff are just rude here at this location. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered teriyaki vegetable with cauliflower rice Delicious dish. Was very satisfied with quality and taste
