We-ko-pa Golf Club - Fort McDowell

Second time here, and I cannot say that I am impressed. Pretty building! On the golf course. Nice looking interior. Food is blah. Service is blah. Both times around, I ordered bun-less burgers, and both times they were over cooked to the point of being hard. Salads were just greens thrown in there. Both times food took forever and server was apologetic. Certainly not the place to visit for food.

I played golf here a few weeks ago and had a fantastic time. The greens were a bit fast, or maybe I just need to practice more, haha. Shawn in the pro shop was great, and CariAnn on the course was amazing—much more accessible than what I'm used to with cart girls, plus she had a wonderful attitude and sense of humor. Although the prices were on the higher side, it was worth it, and the food was really delicious as well. I definitely recommend this course and am already planning to return in December or January.

This is my favorite golf course in Arizona. The original course offers amazing views and varied elevation changes. The greens are fair and great for putting. I also really enjoy the restaurant; they serve fantastic food!

The layout is challenging, but the scenery is stunning, and the conditions are excellent.

The golf course is fantastic, the pool facilities are lovely, and the room service was good. The casino was decent as well. I would definitely return!
