Loves the restaurant design. we were told to serve malpaque uttering; when they arrived, I immediately realized that they were not malpaque, but raspberry bay utter ... very different from malpaque; I sent her back. when the roasted cuddly arrived (what is the reason why we chose timpanos) they were not in the salted broth, just plain broth. not much taste at all. mediocre. I am a native and regularly go to timpanos, but had a gastronomy that I wanted to impress and show a good time. that's not how it was! I'm going back to the restaurant, but I doubt that my gast wants to go back.
