Subway - Fort Lauderdale

This was the worst experience I've had at a subway restaurant. I could hear staff members talking on FaceTime with their phones on speaker while they laughed and joked about eating. It was disgusting to see them touching their phones. I won't be coming back here again.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I arrived, the place was completely empty, and there was no one around, so I decided to use the restroom while I waited. An older woman then came out from the back and asked what I needed. I told her I wanted to use the restroom, but she said it was unavailable, even though I could see it. Then she claimed it wasn’t for public use. I decided to buy a bottle of water, hoping that would change things, but she told me I still couldn’t use the restroom because my attitude apparently gave her a bad impression, which I don’t understand. After this terrible experience, I have no desire to eat at this restaurant again, and I will make sure to share my experience with others.

The experience was quite disappointing, and the overall atmosphere felt very gloomy, compounded by the unhelpful attitude of the staff.

I would also give 0 stars if possible! the worst service people. I've read the reviews, but thought it couldn't be that bad. I was wrong. the girls who worked there were above the upper rude, not disturbing with eye contact and while they wait for them, they talk to everyone except them. I'll never go there again. I'm either going to publix or to las olas.

I went in there to order a sub while doing laundry next door. I sent my little sisters back to Subway to use the restroom because the one at the laundromat is dirty. This employee named Jason accused them, 15 year old girls, of doing cocaine in the bathroom and ask them not to come back. Said they were rubbing their noses meanwhile one of them is sick and the other one has pink hair and I believe it was disrespectful defamation of character, discrimination and complete bull. Meanwhile, when I was ordering my sub he had Tech Nine blast it on the radio screaming the n-word repeatedly. Completely inappropriate hire new staff
