I asked for a subway melt it's ham bacon and the turkey she told me to look at the menu they see it in the menu I don't think som it's ham bacon and turkey. then I asked her to only warm my flesh, and she said, how am I supposed to do that? but could she heat my speck without problems? then my friend who wanted to get a sandwich, said they were to him they were a sandwich to get, he said yes, she said well, they could have told me that I could both of them make the same time. that is a miserable person who should not interact with people every day. I didn't want to give her my thing after her disgusting attitude, but I'll never go back. this does not even deserve a star rating if I could set 0 stars I would absolutely!
The coworker threw me out because she didn't know how to use the app or process a good license. increases their voice and made all in the load unsafe. very terrible service. three left my badge and didn't give it back to me. I asked that I should pay the full price and she said you don't have to pay anything I'm gonna throw that away sandwich. That's exactly what she did and she's planning on chasing me further. I am so disappointed and turned off from the subway
Today Sunday: 02 20 2022: I made a pick up order from Subway at 201 East Sunrise Blvd. Fort Lauderdale I ordered from within the App. (and paid on line) after getting a promotional e mail stating 'buy two(2) footlong sandwiches get one free '. I ordered (2) expecting to get a third one as promoted. When I got to the Restaurant to pick up my order it was not ready even though I got there five (5) minutes after my pick up time. I had to wait an additional twelve (12) minutes. There were two (2) females working, one was slim and well mannered the other was heavier with a filthy attitude when I showed my order and the promotional e mail, I was at first told that it was not for that Subway I then showed the address and was told (by the heavier female) that I could only get the two(2) that were ordered and summarily dismissed. I do realize that MAYBE I did not quite understand the wording of the promotional e mail (hardly) but it was the nasty attitude of this female that left a lot to be desired. I 'm thinking the if you are in the service industry, that no matter how you are feeling inside you should always present yourself as being pleasant to everyone who walk in the door if you don 't like the job GET A BETTER EDUCATION AND GET A BETTER JOB !! leave the attitude OUTSID THE DOOR!! I have been going to this Subway every day for the last two and a half (2 1/2) weeks and this is the first time that I encountered this female... 'Only one (1) time to make a first impression ' I love this Subway but: Needless to say that I will not be going there when this female with her nasty ugly attitude is there.
Rude attention but good sandwiches need to have more than 1 person.
This is by far the best subway around! You make sure you feel special and make the best sub at all! No slackers here. The restaurant is very clean.. top down!! The owner/manager is an elite in business!! Stop, you will be happy in every aspect!!
