PHONES, PHONES, PHONES! You see more employees not working, just on their phones than you see burgers and milkshakes being made. This place was a poor excuse for a restaurant! You have ONE hardworking girl, Ashley Hampton (says on my ticket, she had a heartshape braid design in her hair) anyways she was making all milkshakes and taking all the orders at the register while everyoneelse (I counted at-least 6 other people, in my 35 min wait for ONE MILKSHAKE, including managers) just on their phones,FaceTiming and not helping her. Not only was I upset but the customers before and after me were furious and noticed the lack ofteamwork here. DO BETTER! You can not have one girl running a restaurant and if you plan on doing so than PROMOTE HER! This isexactly why people nowadays don?t want to work because they are working along side lazy people! Please fix!

Never go here?ever. It?s took 45 min to get fries, a horrible grilled cheese, and an average shake. It?s over priced, chaotic and uncomfortable.
