Riva - Fort Lauderdale

One of my favorite places EVER! We went to this resort every year, because my husband participated in a conference held there. We weren't gone in a few years and were so excited to go back. We spent a week at the resort, which is absolutely beautiful. In the time we were gone, they updated all the place and made some wonderful intelligent modifications that serve the guests very well. The spa is absolutely wonderful and I had 3 different services during my stay. I remembered Sandy who did my pedicure from the past years and she also recognized me. She's doing great work. My facial and Moroccan oil scalp treatments were both relaxing and well made. The spa facilities are first-class and very comfortable. The premises are in immaculate condition, the beach is wonderful (if you like this type of thing) and the pool is perfect. They even placed flags on the deck chairs, so if you want to order something while you have sunk next to the pool, set the flag and a waiter knows you to see. Beats are asked if you want to order all the time. The pool’s food comes from the resort’s Sea Level restaurant and does not disappoint. We were excited to go there for lunch when we arrived, and we had dinner there too. We also enjoyed room service. The concierge recommended very good restaurants. Love this place!

Absolutely fabulous place to go with the whole family. We have the best time to stay here. The staff was amazing. We can't wait until next year back!! 5 star service of the minute you go through the doors will treat you as royal. The whole day entertainment for whole family, private beach, children's club, swimming pool is amazing. Beachvolleyball, DJ, hair braid, Henna Tattoos, Bingo, tons of outdoor games, tennis, basketball, amazing fitness center the list is endless!! Make sure you book in advance or you have a hard time getting a room. Make sure you wake up at 6:00 to lay your towels or you don't have chairs. The Cabanas are also amazing.

My husband and I came for a few days before we had to be in Hollywood Florida for a conference. The hotel was great! The room was more than expected and the view was great. The pool was overcrowded, but this is expected in a tourist location! We found a place to welcome us and the pool was refreshing. The beach visitors were on site! We look forward to our next visit!

Enjoyed an excellent brunch at Riva, the service was great and the view from outdoor seating was perfect. I truly enjoyed my egg whites omelette made to order...
