Have been dining at this FABULOUS restaurant for over years! It is so sad that it is closing. Eduardo Pria, who is retiring, is not only an exceptional chef, but an exceptional person as well. His waitstaff, which have been with him for many years especially Paul, have been most friendly professional. Dining here is dining with friends. I wish Chef Pria his employees great health, love happiness in the coming years
Years he’s closing his doors on an upbeat ,we were lucky enough to get a reservation . Friday night, there’s cute little rooms with just tables one was a nice room only maybe people at one table . We were given a cute little table in the main room on left, passed bar. Paul our server is a seasoned server for sure the service was magnificent greatly appreciate it ,it made the whole evening great .The cilantro soup was very nice I said I was gonna let my husband try it he separated it and brought out two bowls that was so special. There’s was clumps of cheese in the soup interesting. We each received a hard roll and tiny little corn bread muffins. We then went with the shrimp appetizer over a bed of cream spinach, which was very good Gulf shrimp. I ordered the lamb chops you get three to an order and it came with a refried bean mole in husk,plus I don’t know what it was , but it was white. Great presentation since I told the waiter sshh ,yes I needed ketchup sorry everybody, I like itHubby had the stuffed Filet mignon it was huge it came with beautiful sliced carrots asparagus that were peeled and some zucchini spaghetti it was all so nice . Our desserts were flan and a chocolate cake yummy. check out pics I’m sorry for Paul because they’re closing on the but it was a great experience glad we went back.We were told that already a new Italian restaurant is coming in and should be open early I can’t post more than one picture so I’m only going to post my lamb chops I’m sorry you can see the meal so incredible from start to finish. Tonight was our first night here. I’ve always wanted to go and never did. When I heard they were closing I had to go and I’m so glad we did. Everything was delicious
