Naked Crab - Fort Lauderdale

The food was average, but the prices were unnecessarily high. We spent a week dining out in Fort Lauderdale and Miami, and this was the most expensive restaurant we visited, yet it didn't live up to the cost.

I’m not sure if it's common in the US for children to watch loud videos or for people to speak on their phones at full volume in restaurants, but in Denmark, such behavior is generally frowned upon. It would be great if the restaurant could take measures to protect its paying customers by asking those making excessive noise to be more considerate. Despite the high prices, we would have loved to return, but the noise level was among the worst I've ever experienced.

The food was disappointing and didn't meet expectations. The prices are excessive considering the quality of the dishes. Overall, not a great experience.

Shout out to Egan for being a great person. We had a few issues during our meal and he totally went above and beyond to take care of us. However, service is important from all perspectives and Leidy was mean. She wasn 't helpful at all. We had reservations and I had to tell her how to seat us and where to seat us versus us waiting which was her recommendation. Egan took care of two tables as our party was large. That was the expectation that we have for a restaurant and a hostess who should be personable. Also, I had an issue with my credit card company and he waited patiently while they unblocked my card. Thank you Egan!
