Mcdonald's - Fort Lauderdale

5-5-22 the problem was detected. the manager of the load contacted me and explained to me how the problem acorde and provided with a credit. Thank you. that was a smarter load. but now the personal run is incredible idiots. this place was one of my favorites. but after today I can say that it has become the worst. I put my order online arrived at 8:49 pm fora kurbside pickup. after a long wait, I decided to come to the load to check on my order 9:15 clock and said that they did not receive an order from me. when they check on their screen, my order doesn't even apologize for their stupidity. I'm not surprised.

Three words, no customer service. first they will not even welcome them at the payment. they must ask for a reception. I don't know what I paid until I checked my bank account. they have forgotten some paintings from my order. because I'm there on the way to work, I don't have time to go back and my thing I'm paying. the young boy working with the curly hair Drive-Thru is so sarcastic and rude with his comments, no one has time for the early morning. so annoying! more trainings are necessary on this site.

Bad experience with her mobile app that ordered my daughter and I picked up. apparently the device from which they order must be in the restaurant so that they prepare the order. do not follow this logic.

Nice driver. fast service. Sandwich mounting was a little sloppy, but hey, it's a mcdonalds and the pickins are slim when it comes to quality help lately. all in all, not bad.

One of the better ones. People were actually friendly, looked clean and pretty fast. Most Macs are horrible anymore.
