Las Olas Grill - Fort Lauderdale

Beyond a doubt, the service in this restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life!! The restaurant charges 19% service for all tables, despite size of the party- our party was two! We never saw our waiter beyond the first 10 minutes. He never checked us once. Our main course was cold. We ordered an after dinner drink and it took 20 minutes. The atmosphere was very nice, so we didn't complain because we weren't in a hurry. The waiter could have cared less, since he knew he was getting the 19% gratuity-it was not on the menu.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating, food was unique and delicious, and the atmosphere was great too. I definitely recommend it!

Have enjoyed this restaurant on Las Olas several times and have never been disappointed! I recommend it to all of my friends.

It is a shame that the good food was spoiled by the worst service I have ever experienced. Shamefully slow, inattentive and perhaps even worse the server was rude when told. STAY AWAY.

Sat outside, lovely area. Good food, great service. There is no 19% charge since new owner is there. Went back three times in two months. Highly recommend. Romantic atmosphere.
