The young woman at the window on October 17 was very pleasant, but since I didn't wait behind the yellow bar as she had requested and went to the window instead, she gave me quite a bit of attitude. Use this place twice and both times there were problems and that with the app, food was prepared too early, so until the time I arrived, food was warm, too much ice in the drink, small amount of soda. Because I ordered from the app, I couldn't pick up my food when I was going up. Had to go out of the drive-thru, parking and just to see my order sitting on the counter, getting cold. Yeah, that happened. Amazing. Sad for me. Yes, the problem was addressed to the mangers for my two visits. Nobody took care of it! Nothing about the cold chicken sandwich they are proud of. Shut up. I went to KFC to try their chicken sandwich. I still think Popeyes is the best but if you're getting just chicken, KFC still makes the best flavor.
