Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fort Hood

Professional workers, good food, love the Burrito bowls and the various combination options to make your food personally for you. Problem....if you expect to order online to have your food ready when you pick it up.... Forget it. You get your food faster if you just come and order it. This seems to be a problem at both locations. Easy 5 statistics when this problem is fixed

Every chipotle I was it was great!!! Energetic staff, work-oriented and engaged. Great menu items, great experience and satisfaction every time.

The staff was great. They really helped with our fund riser and they were very patient and accommodating. We would like to make another fund stool with this Chipotle.

Fast, easy food here. Great place in the mall to get a bite, and it's a healthier option.

Always low on meats or even out of meat during lunch and never have some cooking. We have even asked how long for them to cook some and was told they weren't going to and this was at 11:30am! I've done order ahead, and they filled my order with whatever they wanted and not what was ordered. This is the worst location I've ever been to. This has happened at least 4 different times, if not more, not only by me but by my spouse as well. Service: Take out
