Subway - Fort Drum

I usually don't have any issues with this restaurant, but I made the mistake of going shortly before closing time and the customer service was awful. The staff seemed rushed and had a negative attitude. Having worked in customer service myself, I understand the desire to leave at the end of the day, but a polite paying customer should not feel like a burden.

Lunchtime is always a great option here as the line moves quickly, so you won't have to wait long to get your meal.

Subway is not the best choice when the older blonde woman is working. She only puts three spinach leaves or salad and four slices of pepper on her sandwich.

Wrong hours posted or they decided to close early. I arrived at 815pm

This is the standard Subway experience except for lunch during the week. The place is generally overrun from 12:00 1:00 PM. Breakfast and dinner are not busy at all.
