Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fort Drum

I usually love popeyes, but this time it wasn't that good. we missed two of our sides for the family meal. happy to say the manager was pleasant and assured that they make it right.

Pray for me, hopefully I don't get the Rona. So, I ordered the chicken sandwich and finished eating it when I looked closely at the bag , theres a shoe print right on top of it. Someone stomped on it and reused it. For comparison that's my shoe. Price went up from 6.99 to 8.69, sandwich was drier than what I've ordered before.

The employee that was running the drive thru today around 12:45 had an attitude. The customer service was not good. It seemed to me like she just wanted me to take my food and leave because she didn’t wanna be there at work or even wanted to help remotely. She closed the window so fast I could even simply ask for a spoon because I ordered potato’s. I would think that it is common sense to put a spoon in with peoples orders. But no they throw the food in and toss it out the window and don’t ask customers if there is anything else they need. She was just very inconsiderate. She needs to have a better attitude or maybe go find a different job or maybe even learn some better skills as a human being respectful. Potato’s weren’t fresh it tasted like they had been sitting out and the chicken wasn’t really hot. It was kinda warm but it also seemed like it was kinda setting it the box as well. Also for as slow as they were taking orders the food definitely should of been way fresher.

There was nothing over the top about the visit, or any visit for that matter (I have eaten here twice but tried about four times). They were not offering what I wanted although the team member did make a recommendation. The inside always looks clean (although the cleaning products are out in plain sight). I was satisfied enough that I will come back again however, the hours are whack...this is a military installation, they close at seven during the week and five on the weekend! WHOAOn another note...Popeyes should really bring back corn and green beans for those customers who don't want a whole meal of carbs.
