Brownies Cafe - Fort Dodge

This restaurant is truly incredible and underrated! After a particularly stressful morning, my fiancée and I decided to grab a bite to eat and ended up having the most delicious breakfast ever! The food tasted like a homemade meal from my childhood, reminiscent of something my grandmother used to make when I was young. It was amazing food at a great price. Surprisingly, the restaurant was completely empty when we arrived and remained that way throughout our meal, which is a shame! The peaceful atmosphere was just what we needed to relax at that moment. I believe Brownie deserves more recognition in my opinion! We will definitely be returning and recommending it to all of our friends.

The freshly made cinnamon rolls at this restaurant are fantastic! They also serve the best bacon, egg, and cheese on wheat toast in the city. Ray and Nancy do an excellent job - keep up the good work!

Delicious! My wife and I ordered two ham and cheese omelets, biscuits and gravy, gizzards, and a hot cinnamon roll with plenty of cinnamon. This was our first time dining here and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was served hot and it makes me question how long our food sits in other restaurants before being served to us. The restaurant's hours are 3:30 to 1:00, with shorter hours on Sundays. YUM!

Nothing in the city was open, I called Brownies and they said they would fire it even though they were not open and we could get into the side door. Amazing service you cannot get from chain restaurants. Food was also excellent.

We loved eating at Brownie's Cafe. We had breakfast it was delicious! We will go there again soon!
