Suehiro Japanese - Fort Collins

Brandon was our server and made some GORGEOUS and delicious sushi for us. They treated us like family and, I will continue to come back time and time again. Huge shout out to the team for being so cohesive as well. 5/5 stars- would recommend

I've eaten here on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. However, today, was exceptional! The food was fantastic as usual, but our waiter, Michael I believe was his name, was one of the most kind, attentive, and on the spot waiters I have ever experienced. He made consistent eye contact when speaking with you and at one point even noticed that our soy Sauce ran dry and came outside to take care of it without us even waving him over. We saw him hurrying to hold the door for other wait staff and was so patient when one of our kids had dropped a fork on the ground that he had just given us, and of course, he kindly and patiently got her another one, never setting it down on the potentially dirty table, but rather, handing it directly to her. We did notice that the whole wait staff was incredibly nice and attentive, but we were overly impressed by Michael. If you read this! Thank you for a great Father's Day experience!

Excellent sushi bar and restaurant! Highly recommended. We were served by Jeremy who did a fantastic job. He was attentive, polite, and had great service.

My mother and I discovered Suehiro about a year ago, we still go in together every chance we get. The sushi is fantastic, we are a big fan of their Dynamite Bowl, both of us get our own every time we go in and we leave full and satisfied! The employees are all very kind, the customer service is fantastic, and anytime they have a bit of a longer wait than usual for food they let us have an extra soup bowl. The price of the sushi is the most reasonable we have found and would rather go to Suehiro than any other restaurant. We go so often that we can tell the employees at the bar 'the usual ' and they know what to make. It has become a thing for mom and I to go here on our days out together, make it yours too!
