Simmer - Fort Collins

Had a reservation for 3 and initially we sat on the heated terrace when we said all the cabins were reserved. it is very warm there, but also very loud with the heating. they asked to move into the inner and were not bad at the top of the bar. our server was very accommodating and attentive. Unfortunately, some items were missing on our order. that was corrected and eating was great! can not go wrong with the bacon wrapped dates or the burgers and lachs. a suggestion for the kitchen is to use either smaller teller or more pommes with burgers on. simmer is one of our very popular places.

I didn't like my first drink, my brother in law didn't like his meal and then our cards were charged wrong. our server was incredibly sweet but and the card wasn't her fault - someone else came by and ran them.

Pleasant atmosphere, good service. chicken parmesan was dry and a little on the hard side. the marinara sauce was watery and made the crumb crust soggy. cold was also hotter. ravioli was fat, drowned in butter. the burgerfries were better.

Love Simmer. Great food, place, service and drinks.

The Ahi Tuna soba meal was way to salty. Great concept but if a manager had come by I would have probably sent it back. For the price it missed the mark.
