Rustic Oven - Fort Collins

The food here is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. Be sure to try any dish featuring Ahi tuna; you won't be disappointed. If you're in the mood for fast food, this isn't the spot for you. The menu is one-of-a-kind, with most entrees priced around $13. However, you definitely get your money's worth; the food and portion sizes are excellent.

The pizzas were served on a cracker-thin crust that lacked flavor, and the toppings were so finely chopped that it was difficult to even identify them. This restaurant seems to have an identity crisis, attempting to sell overpriced pizzas and gourmet dishes in a noisy environment reminiscent of a diner, where the servers wear jeans and black shirts. Perhaps there are enough customers willing to pay high prices for subpar food, but we certainly aren't among them. We wouldn't recommend this place.
