Restaurant 415 - Fort Collins

Beautiful atmosphere, great staff, delicious food, cozy meeting point for friends to meet!

Hands down best restaurant in the city. I have lived here for years and still wants to eat every day! the food, the drinks, the people and the atmosphere make them feel like home.

The darkened cauliflower dish is D•E•L•I•C•I•O•U•S!!! It is darkened to perfection, every time. I highly recommend it!

No more separate vegan menu. They have vegan gf chocolate cake with chocolate frozen. We had the mushroom pizza without cheese substitute basil. This combined with the cut figs was wonderful! It also had chard, kale, garlic, balsamico vinaigrette reduction and olive oil. We ordered the Brussel spears without butter or cheese replacement the candied hazelnuts! I am very happy and full.

Had the black cauliflower that could easily be made vegan (I think the Polnta May have butter as a rule). It was huge and delicious. A number of menu items can be easily modified to be vegan. The service could have been a bit better, but we came close so I think they were just eager to be on the way.
