Potbelly - Fort Collins

The service was provided by teens who seemed to have little experience. They also didn’t offer a takeout bag. On a positive note, the sandwiches were excellent.

I haven't visited Potbelly's since one o'clock, but my experience today was disappointing. The toppings seemed like they had been sitting out for a while and didn't taste fresh at all. I went during dinner hours, and the place was nearly empty. Unfortunately, the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than in assisting customers.

I would rate this restaurant two stars for taste and selection. I found it quite disappointing. The sandwich I had contained as little meat as you would find on a regular bread roll at home. It’s misleading to advertise a sub filled mainly with lettuce. I honestly thought I had accidentally ordered a veggie sandwich. If you visit one of the chain shops, you'll see how much more meat they include, which is proportionate to the thickness of the bread. I even asked for extra cheese, but I received just a single slice. Overall, I was very disappointed and it’s unlikely I'll come back.

Order by doorstep and was disappointed when order came. I ordered the cubano and suppenkombo. I asked for grilled mushrooms and they only have huge pieces of fresh. I feel like the biggest part of my sandwiched mushroom was. it would make a great difference in taste when mushrooms were grilled. there was only a piece of thin ham and hardly a drawn swarm. barely one. the brot was good, but if you like me and a good cubano love. I wouldn't suggest this place. kartoffel soup was okay, but bland. overall this is only not my type of space. Maybe a few other sandeyare. better so it doesn't knock but not goimg to try again.

I visited today for the first time. The staff are sweethearts and notably take pride in what they are doing there. The Steakhouse Beef sandwich was wonderful, I will return when I'm in the area for sure.
