When I arrived at the restaurant, there was no customer service and they said my order wasn't ready. I waited an additional 15 minutes and observed a staff member handling food without gloves. Eventually, my order was ready but I had to wait another 15 minutes for it. The staff was unresponsive until my partner and I had to raise our voices to get someone's attention. The manager who finally appeared had even worse customer service. I ended up getting a refund and went to Krazy Karl's for much better pizza without the long wait.
I stopped by to order food, and they told me it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes, I was told that my order was never placed and received no apology. I will not be returning to this restaurant. This experience has solidified my decision to avoid Little Caesar's. Thank you, Kevin at the register, for making my experience even more terrible.
I ordered a regular cheese pizza and a Detroit-style pizza at this restaurant. I believe they either ran out of dough or made the wrong pizza because when I asked if the Detroit-style pizza had changed, they said it should be the same even though their menu indicated otherwise.
The food was absolutely delicious! The delivery was piping hot and brought by Door Dash. I was so impressed with the fast service, especially compared to other local delivery drivers. The pizza was very tasty and hot, clearly fresh out of the oven and delivered promptly.
I live close, so I often come by. I command the same thing every time: hot ready and crazy brot. I have learned that this is too complicated for some of the employees to understand. later I ordered my typical order and they accused me for two freshly cooked pizzas. I'm not mad, I just want my crazy brot. Why do they think of me?
