Kfc - Fort Collins

We visited today and purchased a 3 PC chicken box, a chili dog, and some wings. I believe the chili dog has been hit by shrinkflation. Much smaller than I remember. Ah well, this seems to be the way of the world when they want to keep the price points the same. Although, I very much prefer a little more honesty, keep the good product as it was, and raise the price a little. I really do understand.

This KFC is horrible. I ordered chicken thru the drive thru and took it to the park. I ordered 2 breasts and a leg. When I opened it, it was 2 thighs and a tiny burnt leg which didn't have hardly any meat on it. I tried them again 3 months later and this time the chicken had been in the fryer for so long it was dried out and the chicken tasted horrible. I'll never eat at this one again.

I ordered a sandwich but someone must have put a thigh in there, almost broke a tooth on the first bite. Not cool, I could have choked on a bone too. If you don’t have anymore chicken patties left tell me I would have bought something else. Waisted 10 bucks and now I gotta go to bed hungry, thanks.

Excellent staff and service! The food was fantastic and super fresh!! Whole family was so impressed by a fast food restaurant as we might be!

They weren't busy and did the best there. Good job crew! I know it wasn't easy with some customers, but you did great in my eyes!!
