Jay's Bistro - Fort Collins

I dont normally leave reviews, but this one was 100% necessary! I went to Jays for the first time, and I can honestly say I have been blown away. The food was gorgeous, absolutely delicious and wonderfully original, the atmosphere was elegant, and the staff was impeccable. Every bit was a delight! Best food and experience in town, hands down.

Had the mixed grill. New Zealand red deer, lamb chops and duck confit with asparagus and truffle mashed potatoes. Outstanding. Thanks Mary, great choice.

The music is off the charts, the wait staff remembers your name and drink, the clientele are delightful, the food is wonderful, the ambiance refreshing. There's not much more you could look for in a joint!

You need to find yourself here!! We came for drinks and tapas and stayed for the pianist and dinner. I would wholeheartedly recommend J's Bistro!!!!
