Firehouse Subs East Harmony

I love the engineer Sub. It is not too fat and it has delicious mushrooms on it. The food was ready when I came there and I like to use the app because I get free stuff.

Usually good, but our last order, delivered by door bag, contained two subs and 2 brownies, but lacked the 2 salads we ordered. They called Tordash and said they would reimburse for the salads as it would be an hour to deliver them. It was refunded (surprised, it came from the original bill, no cc refund). I don't know if it was a turret, or Firehouse Subs, who screwed up the order, but it looks bad for both!

Best location I was there, never had an order wrong, always tasted great. The staff is always nice, even in a hurry. I had problems with a few sites in the past, but never this one. If you're in Fort Collins and want firehouse, go to this.

I love this place. But the recent experience gives you 2 stars. Order online with a 20-minute pickup time. Early. They saw others coming, ordering and receiving their order before me. At the pickup time, I had not received my order, so I was about it. They realized they had it and it took another 10 minutes to get it out. In the meantime, other orders from those who came in and ordered were completed while I was waiting. Not sure how to organize the online orders, but it does not work.

Exactly what I want from a sub. Got the turkey bacon ranch and it was delicious. So delicious in fact that I?m going to come back tomorrow and try a different one. Careful ordering the large, they are massive.
