The beef burgers were decent, but not exceptional. The buns were quite plain, and the ratio of bun to burger felt slightly off—there simply wasn’t enough flavor in the patties. They tasted more like an 88/12 blend rather than the advertised 80/20. The beer-battered fries were passable; I expected a more pronounced beer flavor, but they also had a hint of ranch dressing seasoning, which was a bit divisive among my companions. As for the Horsetooth Stout Cake, the beer flavor was very subtle. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, too. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'm still on the hunt for a great hamburger in Fort Collins.

I enjoyed bangers and mash accompanied by a cider. It was a fantastic lunch!
