Nuance Chocolate - Fort Collins

I was in many times, and people are very nice and knowledgeable and always try to give you the game how their chocolate is made. They have 4 vegan truffles (marked milk for free), and tons of vegan bars. I tried the oat milk, whiskey and coffee bean bars, and all were of unsurpassed quality. If they do bulk backing chips or bars, I would drop a stupid amount of money on them. The shop is also very sweet and the packaging is impeccable!

That was one of the best chocolates I had. The milk-free options are all very clear and they have a ton of chocolate bars and truffles. I have a number of truffles and they were great. Lightly expensive, but well worth the price, especially after the conversation with the owner and hear their story.

If they sold their baking chips or bars in bulk, I would definitely spend a lot of money on them. The shop is also charming and the packaging is flawless.

If you're a chocoholic and you haven't been here yet, GO!! What an incredible variety of single-source chocolates from around the world! The owner strikes me as an artist who really knows the nuances of every variety they offer. And, though their unique bars and drinks aren't cheap, just trying a couple will be worth your time!
